Ingredients:

-70 dag mięsa wieprzowego

-1 kg ziemniaków

-2 czerwone papryki

-2 cebule

-1 jajko

-ok 4 łyżek mąki

-3 ząbki czosnku

-3-4 łyżki ketchupu

-olej do smażenia

-słodka papryka

-sól

- pieprz

Prepare instructions:

Czosnek i jedną cebulę obrać i drobno pokroić-zeszklić na oleju.Dodać pokrojone w kostkę mięso,zrumienić.Następnie dodać pokrojoną w kostkę paprykę i podlać kilkoma łyżkami wrzątku.Doprawić ketchupem,papryką w proszku,solą i pieprzem.Dusić na małym ogniu aż zmięknie(pamiętać o podlewaniu żeby się nie przypaliło,sosik ma być gęsty).Ziemniaki obrać,opłukać,zetrzeć na tarce z pozostałą cebulą.Masą lekko odcisnąć,dodać jajko i mąkę.Smażyć na rozgrzanym oleju,podawać z sosem.

Zależy ile kto potrafi zjeść,dla 3 osób powinno wystarczyć.

zrobiłam dzisiaj na obiad, z jedna zmiana - pod koniec dodalam suchy "sos jasny" Winiary i podalam z kleksem gestej smietany :) wszyscy sie zajadali!

To danie jest cudowne, a to mięso przepyszne, mężowi tak smakowało ze chce to cały czas jesć tak do chleba. Polecam :))
