Ingredients:

40 dkg ziemnieków
4 małe cebule
1 kg kapusty włoskiej
4 łyżki oleju
30 dkg mięsa mielonego (mieszanego )
sól,pieprz,gałka muszkatałowa
kostka bulionowa
1,5 szk. soku pomidorowego
ok.1/2 szk.wody

Prepare instructions:

Ziemniaki obrać,opłukać,podzielić na ćwiartki .Cebulę obrać i pokroić w kostkę.Kapustę oczyścić,opłukać,dobrze osączyć i pokroić dość grubo.Na patelni mocno rozgrzać olej i podmarzyć na nim mięso,kilka minut na średnim ogniu,dodać cebulę, smażyć nie przerywając mieszania.Następnie dodać ziemniaki i kapustę.Wszystkie składniki podsmażyć kilka minut (2-3 min.). Podlać wodą ,dodać kostkę bulionową i sok pomidorowy..Dusić ok.15 min.Przyprawić solą,pieprzem,startą gałka muszkatałową.Podawać bezpośrednio po przyrządzeniu. Smacznego!

Bardzo podobne danie robiłem z niezłym skutkiem! W zasadzie jedyną różnicą była biała kiełbasa lekko sparzona i pokrojona w grube ukośne plastry zamiast mięsa. W przypływie dobrego humoru lubię czasem dorzucić garść mieszanki "warzywa krojone". Odgrzewane też dobre!! :-)))
