Ptasie mleczko wiśniowe Gumci

Ingredients:

Biszkopt z 4 - 6 jajek

Budyń:
4 szklanki wody
1 szklanka cukru
3 budynie wiśniowe
2 żółtka
wiśnie (ja akurat użyłam mrożonych)
0,5 kostki masła

Ptasie mleczko:
0,5 l śmietanki 30-36%
2 galaretki wiśniowe

Ponadto:
herbatniki
Na lukier:
cukier puder
sok z cytryny

Prepare instructions:

Upiec biszkopt wg sprawdzonego przepisu. Jeżeli chcemy mieć gruby biszkopt a tym samym bardzo wysokie ciasto proponuję biszkopt z 6 jajek, jeżeli biszkopt ma być niezbyt gruby to robimy go z 4 jajek. Ja robiłam biszkopt z 6 jajek na dużą blachę.

Budyń:
3 szklanki wody zagotować z cukrem i wiśniami, 3 budynie wiśniowe i 2 żółtka rozpuścić w 1 szklance wody, wlać na gotującą się wodę z wiśniami i ugotować budyń. Do gorącego budyniu dodać pół kostki masła i dokładnie wymieszać. Po wymieszaniu wylać na biszkopt. Wystudzić.

Ptasie mleczko:
W szklance wody rozpuścić galaretki wiśniowe, wystudzić. Ubić śmietankę kremówkę powoli dodawać galaretkę. Masę wylać na zimny bydyń (dość szybko tężeje). Na "mleczku" ułożyć herbatniki i polukrować.

Mam pytanie- ile tych wiśni wagowo ma być, a przypadku mrożonych to jakie opakowanie?

szczerze mówiąc zawsze robię na oko. im więcej jest wiśni tym lepiej. myślę że świeżych możesz dać z 0,5 - 0,7 kg. Ostatnio jak robiłam to ciasto to dawałam wiśnie mrożone i było to dwa razy po pół woreczka do mrożonek. mam nadzieję, że trochę Ci pomogłam :)
