Pulpeciki w sosie śmietanowo-koperkowym

Ingredients:

Składniki na pulpety:

0,5 kg mięsa mielonego indyczego, np. DUDA;
1 jajo;
bułka tarta;
2-3 szkl. rosołu z kostki;
ewentualnie odrobina kaszy manny;
przyprawy (majeranek, sól, pieprz, co kto lubi).

Składniki na sos:

2 łyżki masła;
1,5 - 2 łyżki mąki;
śmietana słodka - sporo;
mały pęczek świeżego koperku;
przyprawy (vegeta, pieprz).

Prepare instructions:

Mięso łączymy z pozostałymi składnikami i doprawiamy jeżeli trzeba, formujemy niezbyt duże pulpeciki. Na petelnię wlewamy rosół i doprowadzamy do wrzenia, wkładamy pulpety i dusimy jakieś 20 min.

Masło roztapiamy w garnku i dodajemy mąkę, mieszamy żeby nie było grudek. Zalewamy rosołkiem, który pozostał z gotowania pulpetów - dolewamy jeżeli trzeba wody (ja zawsze dolewam). Następnie dodajemy śmietanę i dosypujemy pokrojony koperek. Doprawiamy.

Zrobiłam, jak zwykle troche od siebie musiałam dodać, ale wyszło super. Miałam w domu akurat mielone wieprzowe, ale smakowało nam.

Nie wiem, czy zrobiłam coś nie tak, ale to raczej mi nie smakowało. Pulpeciki super, ale sos to nie moja bajka. Pozdrawiam
