Roladki ze schabu z porami

Ingredients:

50 dag schabu bez kości
8 plastrów surowej wędzonej szynki
4 pory (białe części)
100 ml jasnego piwa
3 łyżki oliwy z oliwek
sól, pieprz, sok z cytryny i przyprawa maggi do smaku

Prepare instructions:

Mięso pokroić na osiem plastrów. Lekko rozbić tłuczkiem. Posolić, popieprzyć i skropić sokiem z cytryny. Odstawić w chłodne miejsce na 25 min. Pory umyć i przekroić na pół. Na rozbite plastry mięsa położyć szynkę i porę. (porę przyciąć tak aby długością była równa szerokości plastra mięsa). Zawinąć. Spiąć wykałaczkami. Na patelni rozgrzać oliwę. Przesmażyć na niej roladki z wszystkich stron na złoty kolor. Przełożyć wraz z tłuszczem do rondla. Podlać piwem. Doprawić przyprawą maggi. Dusić na wolnym ogniu do miękkości mięsa (ok.30 min.) W razie potrzeby podlewać piwem. Podawać z ryżem ugotowanym na sypko.

Całkiem niezłe, lecz por wyszedł trochę zbyt twardy.

Wielokrotnie robiłam te zrazy. Weszły już na stałe do naszego rodzinnego menu, znikają w okamgnieniu. Czasem rzeczywiście trafi się por, który się nie poddusi właściwie i wychodzi łykowaty, ale to już chyba kwestia warzywa.

Nas nie zachwyciły. W sosie czuć goryczkę z piwa a mięso bez konkretnego smaku.
