8 plastrów polędwicy wołowej
8 plasterków szynki wieprzowej
4 plastry boczku
2 ogórki kiszone
1 duża marchewka
1 większa cebula
8 łyżeczek ulubinej musztardy
pieprz
olej
kostka rosołowa
2 łyżki mąki

Prepare instructions:

plastry mięsa rozbijamy tłuczkiem
plastry boczku przekrawamy wzdłuż na pół
marchewkę kroimy w poprzek na pół i wzdłuż na ćwiartki
cebulę kroimy na ósemki
ogórki kroimy wzdłóż na ćwiartki
każdy plaster mięsa smarujemy łyżeczką musztardy
posypujemy pieprzem
kładziemy plaster szynki
na jednym końcu kłądniemy kawałek marchewki, boczku, ogórka i cebuli
boki zawijamy do środka
zawijamy roladę i owijamy je dratwą lub mocną nicią
rolady obsmażamy na oleju i przekłądamy do rondla
wrzucamy kostkę, podlewamy wodą do połowy rolady i dusimy ok. 1h
po tym czasie wyciągamy rolady i je studzimy
z wody robimy sos zagęszczajac go mąką
z rolad ściągamy dratwę
rolady podajemy z sosem, kapusta czerwoną i ziemniakami lub kluskami śląskimi

Czy ta polędwica wołowa i szynka wieprzowa jest połączona w tych roladkach? Czy oba te mięsa są do wyboru albo - albo?

Roladki pyszne. Zrobiłam jednak bez tej szynki, bo myślałam, że chodzi o taką surową kulę mięsa :). I tak są pyszne. Dziękuję za przepis.
