Sałata z fetą i arbuzem

Difficulty level
Very easy

Ingredients:

1 opakowanie gotowej mieszanki sałat 240 g (moje było z marchewką)
1 opakowanie fety
1 duży pomidor
1 opakowanie kiełków świeżych ( sojowych lub innych)
kawałek arbuza

3 łyżki oliwy
1 łyżeczka octu balsamicznego lub soku z cytryny
2 łyżki wody
wegeta, pieprz

Prepare instructions:

Sałatę wyjmujemy z opakowania i wsypujemy do dużej miski. Fetę kroimy w kostkę i dodajemy do sałaty.
Pomidora obieramy ze skóry i kroimy w kostkę i dodajemy do miski. Dodajemy także kiełki.
Z arbuza wycinamy specjalną łyżeczką kuleczki lub kroimy w małą kostkę i NIE DODAJEMY DO SAŁATKI. Zostawiamy do przybrania.

W małej miseczce mieszamy oliwę, ocet, wodę i przyprawy.
Dopiero na kilkanaście minut przed podaniem polewany sosem sałatę i mieszamy.

Dopiero teraz przekładamy w odpowiednią miseczkę i układamy na wierzchu kawałki arbuza.
Polecam tę sałatkę do grilla i nie tylko. Jest pyszna :))))

Gwarantuję, że jest pyszna, a feta z arbuzem to rewelacyjne połączenie :)

tak, popieram ....feta+ arbuz = pychotka:):):)..........bardzo lubię tę sałatkę, nie dodaję jednak kiełków tylko zielony ogórek i oliwki :) rewelacja
