Sałatka brokułowa z bekonem

Ingredients:

1 brokuł (ok. 500 g)
25 dag bekonu w cienkich plastrach
1 szkl. (niecała) ziaren słonecznika
1 szkl. (niecała) rodzynek
1 cebula czerwona nieduza
1 łyżka miodu
1 łyżka octu (najlepiej winnego lub jabłkowego)
majonez

Prepare instructions:

Brokuł umyć,podzielić na różyczki,końcówki odciąć,gotować 3 minuty (nie dłużej) w osolonym wrzątku z dodatkiem łyżeczki cukru.Osączyć.W międzyczasie rodzynki sparzyć wrzątkiem.Bekon zesmażyć,ale nie przypalić,pokroić niezbyt drobno.Cebulę pokroić dość cienko w ćwierćkrążki.Wszystkie składniki przełożyć do miski razem ze słonecznikiem.4-5 łyżek majonezu połączyć z miodem i octem,przelać sałatkę,dobrze wymieszać.

Połączenie może nieco dziwić,do czasu spróbowania:),ja spróbowałam i polecam.Smacznego

Znam tą sałatkę od dawna i dziwię się ,że jeszcze nikt jej nie skomentował,choć rozumiem,że połączenie składników może budzić wątpliwości, gwarantuję,że sałatka jest pyszna! Ja dodaję dobrze wysmażony raczej chudy wędzony boczek(nie żaden odparzany) i nie dodaję pestek słonecznika, reszta jak w przepisie, to naprawdęsmakowita i niespotykana sałatka, właśnie zrobiłam ją na wieczorną imprezkę.POLECAM!
