Sałatka surimi

Ingredients:

1 opakowanie surimi,
3 jajka na twardo,
4 łyżki kukurydzy z puszki,
2 łyżki majonezu,
2 łyżki mleka,
1 ząbek czosnku,
świeży koperek,
sól,

Prepare instructions:

Paluszki należy wyjąć z opakowania i pokroić w niezbyt drobną kostkę. Podobnie należy postąpić z jajkami, włożyć je do miski i połączyć z paluszkami. Następnie do miski dodajemy przeciśniemy przez praskę czosnek, dodajemy łyżeczkę drobno krojonego koperku, kukurydzę, pieprz oraz majonez rozmieszany z mlekiem. Tak połączone składniki należy dokładnie wymieszać i odstawić na około pół godziny w zimne miejsce, aby składniki przeszły smakiem i aromatem paluszków krabowych. Po tym czasie całość solimy i sałatka jest gotowa do podania

Pycha sałatka - znam, jadłam. Zapraszam do spróbowania mojej sałatki z surimi, w moich przepisach "Sałatka z paluszkami krabowymi i selerem naciowym". Szybka, smaczna i zdrowa.

Bardzo fajna sałatka,szybko się robi,nie wymaga wielu składników,smaczna.Na pewno jeszcze zrobię:)
