Ingredients:

kalafior - 1 szt

brokuł -1 szt

fasolka szparagowa - 350 g

papryka żółta - 1 szt

papryka czerwona - 1 szt

ZALEWA

6 szkl wody

0,5 szkl octu 10% Jamar

6 łyżek cukru

1 łyżka soli

7 ziaren ziela angielskiego

0,5 opak gorczyca

1 łyżka oleju na słoik

1 liść laurowy na słoik.

Prepare instructions:

Warzywa umyć, osączyć. Z papryki usunąć gniazda nasienne, pokroić w paski. Kalafiora i brokuła podzielić na różyczki. Z fasoli szparagowej odciąć końcówki. Wlać wodę do garnka, dodać sól i zagotować. Do wrzącej wody wrzucić fasolkę, brokuła i kalafiora, gotować przez 3 minuty, wybrać łyżką cedzakową. Następnie do tej samej wody wrzucić paprykę, sparzyć. Gorące warzywa wkładać do słoików. Do każdego słoika dodać po listku, łyżce oleju i gorczycę. ZALEWA Do garnka wlać wodę, ocet, dodać cukier, sól i ziele angielskie, zagotować. Gorącą zalewą zalać sałatkę, zakręcić słoiki, odstawić do góry dnem.

Przepis owszem, ciekawy. Mam jednak obawy co do fasolki. Czy obgotowana tylko 3 minuty nie zacznie fermentowac i nie popsuje całej reszty? Wszak nie jest pasteryzowana a 1/2 szkl octu na 6 szkl wody to nie jest jakaś specjalnie mocna mikstura.
