Grzybki na gęsto mamy Joli

Ingredients:

świeże grzyby leśne wszelakiej maści(podgrzybki,kurki,rydze,opieńki,gąski,maślaki
etc.)
sól,pieprz ziarnisty czarny,liść laurowy,ziele angielskie

Prepare instructions:

Grzyby,dokładnie oczyścić,umyć pod bierzącą wodą i sparzyć we wrzątku-ok.3-4 minuty.;odcedzić obmyć z szumu w zimnej wodzie i przełożyć do słoika,na dno którego należy wsypać ziele,pieprz i liść laurowy.Ugotować solankę jak do ogórków małosolnych-tzn 1 czubata (ale nie za bardzo)łyzka soli na litr wody i zalać nią grzyby.Słoiki zamknąć i pasteryzować przez 3 dni po godzinie, a po tygodniu jeszcze raz godzinę.

Tak przygotowane grzyby,utrzymają się przez całą zimę i są świetną bazą do wszelakich sosów,zup grzybowych oraz jako farsz do naleśników,krokietów ,domowej pizzy, gołąbków wegetariańskich, czy innych dań które wam przyjdą do głowy.Po otwarciu słoika, grzybów nie należy odsączać zalewy bo wniej zawarty jest cały cymes

.Lepiej przełożyć je na patelnię i przesmażyć lub zredukować płyn w garnku często mieszając aby się nie przypaliły.

Gorąco polecam Wam ten przepis i jestem przekonana , że się nie zawiedziecie.Moja Mama robi takie grzybki na gęsto co roku i wszystkie znikają w mig.Pozdrawiam.
