Ingredients:

500 g waniliowego serka twarogowego "President"
3/4 szklanki cukru
3 jajka
1 łyżka mąki ziemniaczanej
3 łyżki soku z cytryny
400g gęstej kwaśnej śmietany ( 18 albo 30 %)
puszka slodzonego skondensowanego mleka lub najlepiej gotowy karmel w puszce
gotowy spod biszkoptowy

Prepare instructions:

Ciasto jest przepyszne, puszyste, zawsze się udaje.

Mleko w puszce należy wstawić do garnka z woda i gotować ok 2 godziny aż zgęstnieje na karmel. Jeśli uda się kupić gotowy karmel, to wtedy nie ma problemu

Nastawić piekarnik na 180 stopni

Ułożyć spod biszkoptowy w tortownicy

Zmiksować cukier z serem, dodać jajka, mąkę, sok z cytryny,śmietanę. Należy to robić w miarę szybko, tzn. nie jest konieczne długie ucieranie.

Masę serową wlać na biszkopt
Karmel trzeba nałożyć łyżką , co parę cm.

Wstawić ciasto do rozgrzanego piekarnika i piec godzinę w temperaturze 180 stopni, po godzinie wyłączyć piec i zostawić w nim ciasto na kolejna godzinę. .

Chciałam sie zapytać ten karmel to mam nakładać warstwowo, tzn troche masy serowe i na to karmel i tak do wyczerpania składników?
