Ingredients:

300g mąki pszennej
1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia
2 łyżki kwaśnej śmietany
2 żółtka
1 kostka margaryny
2 łyżki cukru pudru
3 łyżki kakao ciemnego

0,5 kilo dobrego sera (może być z wiaderka)
0,5 szklanki cukru
1 mały budyń śmietankowy/waniliowy
1 jajko
125g masła stopionego

Prepare instructions:

Uwielbiam sernik pod każdą postacią, z brzoskwiniami, z pianką, z rodzynkami. Ale najbardziej lubię sernik na kakaowym spodzie.

Składniki na ciasto siekamy i zagniatamy. Większą część chowamy do lodówki, mniejszą do zamrażarki na ok. 1h.

Ser mielimy (chyba że mamy z wiaderka to nie :-) ) i mieszamy z pozostałymi składnikami.

Tortownicę smarujemy margaryną, spód wykładamy większą częścią ciasta, na to wylewamy masę serową, na wierzch zetrzeć zamrożone ciasto.

Piec w 180' ok. 1h.

ja bym musiała podwoić składniki, sernik z 1/2 kila za malutki dla nas sernikomaniaków!!!

catalinkakasia12 - u nas w domu tylko dwójka więc porcja w sam raz :-) użyłam tortownicy o średnicy 20cm :-)
