10 dkg masla

1 zoltko

2 lyzki gestej smietany

2 lyzki kakao

1/2 lyzeczki proszku do pieczenia

Na mase serowa:

1 kg twarogu

1 i 1/2 szkl cukru pudru

15 dkg masla

Cukier waniliowy

5 jajek

1 bialko

2 lyzki budyniu waniliowego

Olejek pomaranczowy

5 dkg skorki kandyzowanej pomaranczowej

5 dkg rodzynek

Prepare instructions:

Wykonanie:

Skladniki na ciasto umiescic w misce i zagniesc kruche ciasto. Podzielic je na 2 czesci, zawinac w folie i wlozyc do zamrazalnika na 2 godziny.

Twarog zmielic dwukrotnie w maszynce do miesa lub przetrzec przez sito. Do sera dodac maslo, zoltka, cukier, budyn i olejek, wymieszac mikserem. Dodac rodzynki i skorke kandyzowana. Na koniec dodac ubita piane z bialek i wymieszac delikatnie.

Blache ( u mnie 24x24cm) wysmarowac maslem i zetrzec polowe zamrozonego ciasta. Nastepnie wylozyc mase serowa i zetrzec na gore druga czesc ciasta.

Piec 1 godz w temp 180 st C. Studzic przy lekko uchylonych drzwiczkach piekarnika.

Tak oczywiscie dodajemy maslo do sera. Gdzies mi umknelo, ale juz poprawilam;) Dziekuje i pozdrawiam:)
