Ingredients:

2szk mąki 1/2 kostki margaryny najlepiej kasi 1/2szk cukry 2 jaja 1 żółtko Masa budyniowa: 3 budynie waniliowe lub czekoladowe ( jak kto woli) 1l mleka Masa serowa: 1 budyń o smaku śmietankowym 1/2 kostki margaryny kasi 1/2szk cukru 4 serki waniliowe po 250g 3 jaja 1 białko 1 czekolada mleczna wiórki kokosowe do posypania

Prepare instructions:

Z podanych składników zagnieść ciasto i wyłożyć na blachę.Budynie ugotować na mleku.Gorący budyń równomiernie rozprowadzić na surowym cieście.Margarynę ucierać z cukrem, dadając na przemian serek waniliowy i żółtka.Wsypać budyń śmietankowy, wymieszać.Białka ubić na pianę, połączyć z masa serową.Równomiernie rozsmarować na zimnym budyniu.Ciasto wstawić do nagrzanego piekarnika na 180 stopni, piec 40min.Po ostygnięciu ciasto posmarować gorącą czekoladą rostopioną na parze, i posypać wiórkami kokosowymi.Ciasto jest łatwe w przygotowaniu i bardzo dobre.

Bardzo się ciesze że smakował ci serniczek z budyniem, w mojej rodzinie jest jednym z ulubionych ciast.
