Sernik z kruszonką

Ingredients:

Ciasto:
30 dag mąki
15 dag margaryny
10 dag cukru
4 żółtka
łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia
2-3 łyżki śmietany

Masa serowa:
kilogram mielonego sera
30 dag cukru
opakowanie śmietany 36% - 250 g
8 jajek
budyń śmietankowy

Kruszonka:
18 dag masła
25 dag mąki
15 dag cukru

Dodatkowo:
5 dag pokruszonych płatków migdałowych
pół łyżeczki cynamonu
75 dag śliwek kalifornijskich pokrojonych w drobną kostkę

Prepare instructions:

Przygotowanie :
Mąkę przesiać na stolnicę i dodać cukier oraz proszek do pieczenia. Następnie w mące zrobić wgłębienie, włożyć w nie zimną margarynę i posiekać razem z mąką.
Dodać żółtka oraz śmietanę i szybko zagnieść ciasto.
Ciasto zawinąć w folię i przynajmniej na godzinę włożyć do lodówki

Całe jajka ubić z cukrem na puch, dodać ser, budyń, śmietanę i dobrze zmiksować.

Ze składników zagnieść kruszonkę

Blaszkę wyłożyć kruchym ciastem i posypać cynamonem, migdałami i połową śliwek na to wyłożyć masę serową i posypać resztą śliwek. Piec około 60-70 minut w 170OC.
Na 30 minut przed końcem pieczenia posypać kruszonką

Przepis ten "ściągnęłam" kiedyś z jakiejś stronki .

Do masy serowej jakiej wagi należy dodaćśmiatanę 250g czy 500g ?

Pysiu - najlepiej wypróbować,bo w inny sposób nie jestem w stanie przekazać Tobie smaku ciasta.
