Ingredients:

2 kg sera
10 jajek
1 budyń waniliowy
2 czubate łyżki grysiku
0,5 kg pierników na wage lub dwa opakowania pierników alpejskich( po 250gram)
kostka masła
olejek rumowy(3-4 krople)
cukier waniliowy
0,5 kg cukru kryształu
2 paczki herbatników

Prepare instructions:

Ser zmielić.
Żóltka odzielić od białek.
Żóltka utrzeć z cukrem i cukrem waniliowym .
Do utartej masy dodać zmielony ser, kostkę masła, budyń oraz olejek.
Wszystko dokładnie utrzeć ze sobą tak aby powstała jednolita masa serowa( ja ten sernik przygotowuje w malakserze).
Do gotowej masy serowej dodajemy pianę ubitą z 10 białek i grysik, wszystko dokładnie miszamy.
Na brytwankę 25/40 dajemy papier do pieczenia, wysypujemy ją zmielonymi herbatnikami. Wykładamy połowę masy serowej, na tym układamy pierniczki i przylewamy drugą połową masy serowej.
Ciasto pieczemy około 60-70 minut w temp 180 st.
Gotowy sernik można przylać polewą czekoladową( według uznania)

Postanowilam sprobowac tego polaczenia: sernik z pierniczkami. Ciekawe. Ser zrobilam po swojemu, na spod dalam pokruszone platki sniadaniowe czekoladowe. Ogolnie OK.
