Ingredients:

Ciasto:

3 szklanki mąki, 1 szklanka cukru pudru, cukier waniliowy, 1 margaryna, 2 jajka, 2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia, 1 łyżeczka kakao

Pozostałe składniki:

70 dag śliwek, 1 litr mleka, 2 budynie śmietankowe, 4 łyżki cukru, wiórki kokosowe - 100 g, cukier puder

Prepare instructions:

Z podanych składników zagnieść ciasto. Do 1/3 dodać kakao. Schłodzić w lodówce.

Ugotować budyń wg przepisu podanego na opakowaniu.

Śliwki umyć, wydrążyć z nich pestki.

Jasną część ciasta rozwałkować. Wyłożyć na dnie blachy. Posypać wiórkami kokosowymi. Ułożyć śliwki. Na śliwki wylać gorący budyń. Ponownie posypać wiórkami kokosowymi i kruchym ciastem z dodatkiem kakao - najlepiej zetrzeć na tarce. Piec około 50 minut w temp. 180 st. C. Po wystudzeniu posypać cukrem pudrem.

Przepis fajny, ale ze mnie gapa - przeczytałam: "Świecznik kokosowy" :D

Skoro to ciasto kruche to zgaduje że w przepisie brakuje masła/margaryny lub oleju czy jednak się mylę i to ciasto jest bez tłuszczu

bobo100 - słuszna uwaga z masłem bądź margaryną - mnie lepiej wychodzi z margaryną
