Ingredients:

Na spód:

1 paczka okrągłych biszkoptów lub biszkopt według własnego przepisu

Warstwa niebieska:

1 niebieska galaretka

1 szklanka mleka skondensowanego niesłodzonego

Warstwa biała:

1 szklanka mleka skondensowanego niesłodzonego

1 łyżka cukru pudru

3 łyżki żelatyny

Na wierzch:

1 niebieska galaretka

Prepare instructions:

Spód tortownicy wyłożyć okrągłymi biszkoptami lub upieczonym biszkoptem. Można też zrobić bez biszkopta, wtedy po prostu ciasto będzie niższe.

Warstwa niebieska:

1 galaretkę rozpuścić w szklance wody, przestudzić. Ubić szklankę mleka skondensowanego na dość gęstą pianę (ok. 5 min.). Powoli dolewać dobrze przestudzoną galaretkę, ciągle miksując. Ubijać jeszcze chwilę. Wylać do tortownicy.

Warstwa biała:

Żelatynę rozpuścić w 1/2 szklanki wody. Przestudzić, ale nie dopuścić, by zgęstniała. Szklankę mleka skondensowanego ubić z cukrem pudrem na podobnie jak w poprzedniej warstwie. Dodać powoli żelatynę, ciągle miksując. Ubijać jeszcze chwilę. Wylać na stężałą warstwę niebieską.

1 galaretkę niebieska rozpuścić w 1 i 1/2 wody, kiedy przestygnie i zacznie gęstnieć, wylać na stężałą białą warstwę.

Uwaga: W sezonie letnim do ciasta można dodać czarne jagody lub borówki. Ciasto można też robić z galaretkami w innych kolorach i z innymi owocami, ale wtedy już nie będzie się nazywało Smerfetka!

Lol ta niebieska galaretka, mieszkam w Niemczech, gdzie ja taka kupie? Ciasto wygląda przepięknie i pewnie świetnie smakuje

ciasyo jest rewelacyjne w smaku jak ptasi mleczko,robiłam na biszkopcie i herbatnikech,lepsze na biszkopcie ale musi być niski biszkopt,np połowa porcii

margot2 ja zamowiłam w internecie. Podobno w Kauflandzie są, ale u mnie nie ma takiego sklepu

zrobiłam na urodziny córki ale niestety nie posmakowało dzieciakom (mnie zresztą tez nie). jest trochę zbyt mdłe może gdyby dodac na warstwę dwie galaretki byłoby smaczniejsze. dodałam między warswy banany, które troszkę polepszyły smak
