Ingredients:

1 galaretka ciemna (75g)
1 galaretka zielona (75g)
2 galaretki jasne
0,5 l śmietanki 30%
200g puszki brzoskwiń (niekoniecznie)
200g puszki ananasow (niekoniecznie)

Prepare instructions:

Ciemną galaretkę i zieloną rozpuszczamy wg przepisu na opakowaniu, wylewamy na talerz i schładzamy (można to zrobić dzień wcześniej). Kroimy owoce w kostkę, stężałe galaretki kroimy w kostkę. Dwie jasne galaretki rozpuszczamy w połowie wody podanej na opakowaniu (250 ml) i kiedy zaczną tężeć, łączymy ze spienioną śmietanką (nie ubitą, tylko wymieszną). Dodajemy owoce i galaretki pokrojone w kostkę. Wylewamy na wyłożoną folią aluminiową tortownicę i wkładamy do lodówki na parę godzin. Można udekorować połówkami truskawek. Smacznego

Śmietankowiec super sprawdził się w roli tortu na jednej warstwie biszkoptu dla mojego dziecka - najlepszy jest z galaretką cytrynową. Polecam dodać do masy suszone owoce goi.
