sos cytrynowy do ryby

Very easy

Ingredients:

smaczek z ryby,lub rosół z kury albo inny wywar z jarzyn w dowolnej ilości
3/4 szk.mleka,
2 łyżki mąki,
1-2 żółtka,
smietanka do sosu,
obrana skórka z 1 cytryny,
sok z cytryny,
sól,
pieprz(u mnie tez cytrynowy-kamis) do smaku,
odrobina cukru.

Prepare instructions:

Rosołek doprowadzić do wrzenia dodać do niego skórkę z cytryny,chwilkę pogotować.
Mąke rozprowadzić w mleku,wlać do gotującego się rosołu ("podciągnąć go"),jak się zagotuje zdjąć garnek z ognia.
Teraz już wszystko robimy "bez ognia".
Żłótka roztrzepać z łyżką cukru i 2 łyzkami powstałego sosu dodać do sosu w garnku, rozmieszać.Dodać śmietanki.Wlać sok z cytryny ,dolewamy go stopniowo aby nie był za kwaśny.Doprawić do smaku.

polecam. ja zastosowałam do pieczonej rybki i super smakuje. moim zdaniem lepiej smakuje jak się doda skorkę z 2 cytryn a sok z połówki, ja tak zrobiłam. :)
