Sos do spaghetti Sylwii

Ingredients:

pół kilograma mięsa mielonego (najlepiej wieprzowego)
1 - 2 cebule
pół kostki rosołowej (polecam Winiary, Knorr jest zbyt mocny)
1 - 2 ząbki czosnku, ewentualnie może być również czosnek granulowany
koncentrat pomidorowy (osobiście używam Pudliszki)
bazylia lub przyprawa do spaghetti
sól
pieprz
pieprz ziołowy
chili
olej
woda
ewentualnie mąka do zaprawienia

Prepare instructions:

Wrzucamy mięso na rozgrzany olej i smażymy około 15-20 minut. Następnie przekładamy do garnuszka, zalewamy wodą i gotujemy. W międzyczasie na małym ogniu podsmażamy cebulkę (tak, aby nie uzyskała złotego koloru). Wrzucamy do ganka z wodą i mięsem. Dodajemy kostkę rosołową oraz przyprawy do smaku. Całość gotujemy jeszcze ok. pół godziny.
Jeśli sos będzie zbyt wodnisty, wówczas możemy zaprawić go mąką rozrobioną z wodą (w zależności od konsystencji 1 - 2 łyżki mąki).

Przepis nie jest zbyt skomplikowany, ale paluszki lizać.

sos dobry ale najlepszy po paru godzinach albo na drugi dzień jak "przejdzie"
Ja dorzuciłam oregano i puszkę pomidorów bez skórki

Przyznaję rację - sos najlepszy na drugi dzień. Muszę poeksperymentować z pomidorkami z puszki, bo z oregano już robiłam, jednakże osobiście wolę bazylię :)
Bardzo się cieszę, że smakowało :D
