Ingredients:

Ciasto miodowe:

150g miodu
250g masła
4 szklanki mąki pszennej
1 szklanka cukru pudru
2 łyżeczki sody
1 torebka cukru wanilinowego
2 jajka
250ml gorzkiej herbaty z cytryną (do nasączenia)

Krem:

0,5l mleka
4 łyżki kaszy mannej
3 łyżki cukru pudru
1 torebka cukru wanilinowego
200g masła
odrobina zapachu migdałowego

Polewa:

kakao
masło
cukier puder

Orzechy do dekoracji

Prepare instructions:

Ciasto: Roztopić masło z miodem i pozostawić do ostygnięcia

Krem: Ugotować kaszę na mleku z uprzednio rozpuszczonym cukrem pudrem i cukrem wanilinowym. Ostudzić.

Ciasto: Wymieszać wszystkie suche składniki, wbić jajka, dodać masło z miodem i zagnieść ciasto. Podzielić je na trzy części. Rozwałkować na papierze do pieczenia i ułożyć w blaszce. Każdy placek pieczemy oddzielnie 10-15min.

Krem: Utrzeć masło i dodając po łyżce ugotowanej kaszy, ucierać dalej powstały krem. Na koniec dodać zapach migdałowy.

Na blaszce pozostawić jeden placek. Nasączyć go 1/3 herbaty, wyłożyć 1/2 kremu. Położyć drugi placek. Nasączyć go 1/3 herbaty, wyłożyć 1/2 kremu. Położyć trzeci placek. Nasączyć go 1/3 herbaty. Polać polewą czekoladową i posypać garścią posiekanych orzechów.

Wiem, że zdjęcia są beznadziejnej jakości, ale ciacho jest pycha :)

Czy to ciasto to nie czasem "miodownik"?

Ja to ciasto poznałam jako Stefanka. Przepisu na Miodownika nigdy nie znałam, ale teraz sprawdziłam, to faktycznie bardzo podobne są.
