Ingredients:

3,5 litra mleka sojowego

1 cytryna,

pół łyżeczki soli morskiej

Prepare instructions:

Aby otrzymać serek sojowy tofu należy wycisnąć sok z cytryny do zimnego mleka, dodać sól i odstawić na kilka godzin.

Nastepnie mleko zagotować. Odstawić garnek na 20 minut, aby mleko się ścięło. Nie mieszać.

Po tym czasie przełożyć serek na sito wyłożone gazą, odcisnąc. Można włożyć do gazy, zawinąć jej brzegi i przygnieść czymś ciężkim. Po godzinie tofu będzie gotowe.

Aby usunąć posmak soi z mleka można dodać do niego np. cynamon, rodzynki lub trochę miodu, migdały, jabłka. Można dodać płatki kukurydziane, jęczmienne lub owsiane.

Ponadto polecam pierogi ze szpinakiem z tofu. Są naprawdę dobre. Warto spróbować na jakieś imieniny lub inne okazje. Są w moich przepisach

Mam pytanie na zdjęciach widać że tofu wygląda troszkę jak twarożek jaka jest konsystencja i do czego używasz tego sera- tofu???

Faktycznie wygląda jak twarożek. Jest bez smaku, dlatego dodaję do niego np. cynamon i rodzynki albo same przyprawy (sól, pieprz, majeranek, kminek) wedle uznania.
