torcik jabłkowy bez pieczenia

Ingredients:

1,5 kostki masła /mozna pół na pół z margaryną/
1,5 kg jabłek
1,5 szklanki cukru pudru
4 żółtka /jaja wczesniej zaparzyć we wrzątku/
1 cukier waniliowy sok z 1/2 cytryny
2 galaretki owocowe- rozpuścić w 1/2 l wody
2 łyżeczki spirytusu
4 duże paczki biszkoptów

Prepare instructions:

Masło utrzec na pulchną masę.Dodać cukier i dalej dokladnie ucierać,dodawać stopniowo po jednym żołtku i nadal ucierać.Do masy dodać stopnio spirytus i nadal ucierac.Na końcu ucierania dodać cukier waniliowy i sok z cytryny-stopniowo,wymieszać. Obrane jabłka zetrzeć na tarce jarzynowej w paseczki i połączyc z masą. Tortownicę wyłożyc biszkoptami i nałożyć warstwę masy.Następnie warstwę biszkoptow i warstwę masy.Wstawić na chwilę do lodówki do zastygnięcia,po czym zalać rozpuszczoną lekko tężejącą galaretką. Robię bardzo podobny /jest w moich przepisach/ i naprawdę jest pyszny. Warto spróbować.

Sprawdzałam wcześniej,rzeczywiscie Twoj jest podobny. Różnią się jednak składnikami.Sprobuję też zrobić wedlug Twojego przepisu.Pozdrawiam

Oczywiście jaja należy wcześniej zaparzyć we wrzątku.Przynajmniej ja tak robię, a robię ten torcik od 10 lat.Dziękuję bardzo kapselko zapomnialam,że mamy tutaj "raczkujących" żarloczkow.Juz dodalam tę uwagę w przepisie.
