ciasto:

25 dag masla
25 dag cukru pudru (235ml)
6 jajek
10 dag zmielonych migdalow
25dag utartej czekolady lub ( 20dag czekolady w proszku i
5 dag kakao w proszku)
1 szklanka bulki tartej (235ml)
2 lyzeczki rumu
1 lyzeczka proszku do pieczenia
cukier waniliowy

do przelozenia tortu:

bita smietana35% (500ml) i szklanka cukru pudru(235ml)
przetwor z malin (540ml) lub innych owocow
czarne jezyny (26dag) i jagody
kilka lyzek mleka

Prepare instructions:

Maslo utrzec na piane, wbijajac po jednym zoltku i dodajac 2 lyzki cukru pudru i dodac 2 lyzeczki rumu. Do utartej na puch masy dosypac, zmielone migdaly wymieszane z bulka tarta, cukrem waniliowym, czekolada w proszku, kakao i lyzeczki proszku do pieczenia. Na koncu dodac ubita z bialek piane i delikatnie wymieszac. Ciasto wylac do wylozonych pergaminem papierowym i lekkko natluszczonych 2 tortownic (26cm). Piec okolo 50 minut w temp.165C. Po wystygnieciu sciagnac pergamin papierowy z 2 plackow i lekko nasaczyc placki mlekiem, przelozyc przetworem z malin, ulozyc jezyny przekrojone na pol, ubita smietane z 1 szklanka cukru pudru (235ml) i posypac slodkim kokosem. Tort wlozyc do lodowki na cala noc. Placki upiec dzien wczesniej i lekko nasaczyc mlekiem 2 godziny przed ulozeniem owocow.

Tort jest lekki i bardzo smaczny. Polecam

Bocian chyba tak ja myślisz. Czyli 121dag sproszkowanej i 2 dag tartej czekolady.

Aj a mysle,ze to chodzi o 12,5dag czekolady w proszku i 12,5 dag startej czekolady lub 25dag tylko tartej czekolady:)
