Ingredients:

Biszkopt:

3 jajka
¾ szklanki cukru
¾ szklanki mąki ziemniaczanej
1 płaska łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia

Krem:

½ l mleka
1 op. cukru waniliowego
1 szklanka cukru
Po 2 łyżki mąki pszennej i ziemniaczanej
Kostka masła

Masa jabłkowa:

3 galaretki agrestowe
1 l wody
5 jabłek

Wierzch:

1 op. wiórków kokosowych
2 łyżki masła
2 łyżki cukru

Prepare instructions:

Z podanych składników ubijamy ciasto i pieczemy biszkopt.
Z ½ l mleka odlewamy ½ szklanki i rozpuszczamy w nim obie mąki. Resztę mleka zagotowujemy z cukrem i cukrem waniliowym. Wlewamy mleko z mąką. Gotujemy. Gdy ostygnie, ucieramy z masłem.
W 1 l wody rozpuszczamy 3 galaretki i studzimy. Gdy zacznie gęstnieć, dodajemy 5 startych jabłek i mieszamy.
Biszkopt smarujemy połową budyniu, wykładamy masę jabłkową. Chłodzimy.
Roztapiamy 2 łyżki masła. Prażymy na nim wiórki kokosowe z cukrem. Studzimy.
Gdy masa w lodówce mocno stężeje, wykładamy drugą połowę budyniu i posypujemy zimnymi wiórkami z cukrem.

Trociniaka znam i baaaardzo lubię :)

Nawet jakieś jego zdjęcie się znalazło - niewyraźne trochę, ale jest. Tu akurat wersja z czekoladą na wierzchu.

Ciasto jest bardzo smaczne, często gości na moim stole najlepiej smakuje z kwaskowatymi jabłkamiPolecam przepis!
