Ingredients:

Składniki na około 23 trufelki:

-125 g serka mascarpone

-pół szkl.mleka w proszku (niebieskiego)

-biała czekolada

-kropelki czekoladowe (garść)

-kandyzowana skórka cytrynowa

-sok z połowy cytryny

-mleczna bądz gorzka czekolada do oblania trufli (100 g)

-kakao do obtoczenia trufli

Prepare instructions:

Czekoladę rozpuścić w kąpieli wodnej .Przestudzić ją po czym dodać mleko w proszku ,serek mascarpone i sok z cytryny .Dobrze wymięszać najlepiej zmiksować chwilkę mikserem.Do połączonej masy dodać kandyzowaną skórkę cytrynową oraz kropelki czekoladowe(wymięszać).Mase schłodzić (najszybciej bedzie wstawić ja na kilkanaście minut do zamrażarki.)Ze schłodzonej masy truflowej utoczyć kulki wielkości orzecha włoskiego. Kulki schłodzić ponownie.Następnie połowę oblać rozpuszczoną w kąpieli wodnej czekoladą a połowę obtoczyć w kakao.Polane czekoladą trufle ozdobić kokosem ,kandyzowaną skórka z cytryny bądz zmielonymi orzechami.

To musi być pyszne.Nie przepadam za trufelkami, ale widząc składniki od razu pomyślałam,że muszę je zrobić.

zależy kto co lubi?jeżeli ktoś przepada za cytryną to będzie to w sam raz na małą imprezkę polecam również trufle z oreo szybko sie je robi i są dobre
