Ingredients:

4 galaretki ,Gellwe,truskawkowe

0,5 kg truskawek,

1 szkl.cukru,

biszkopty 1 opakowanie,

3 śmietany-450ml każda,

truskawki do dekoracji

Prepare instructions:

3 galaretki rozpuścić w 500 ml.gorącej wody-pozostawić do ostygnięcia.

czwartą galaretkę rozpuścić w 400 gorącej wody ,wystudzić-pilnować żeby się nie ścieła.

W wysokim naszyniu zmiksować truskawki z cukrem,wlać 3 śmietamy,dokładnie wymieszać,dodać zimne ale nie ścięte 3 galaretki,miksować ok. 1 minuty-nie dłużej.

Tortownicę uszczelnić od wewnętrznej strony masłem,wyłożyć dno biszkoptami,wlać masę śmietanowo-galaretkową i wstawić do lodówki,kiedy masa się zetnie udekorować

owocami i zalać czwartą galaretką,pozostawić w lodówce ok.3 godzin.

Przed podaniem można ozdobić bitą śmietaną.
