Ucierany z owocami

Difficulty level
Very easy

Ingredients:

2 jajka

2 szklanki mąki

szklanka cukru

1/2 szklanki mleka

1/2 kostki margaryny

1 opakowanie cukru waniliowego

2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia

50 dag owoców ( jabłka , truskawki , śliwki , rabarbar itp.)

tłyszcz do formy

bułka tarta do posypania formy albo papier do pieczenia

cukier puder

Prepare instructions:

1.Jajka , margarynę i cukier wkładamy do wysokiego naczynia i miksujemy (ucieramy). Wlewamy mleko , wsypujemy cukier waniliowy oraz makę wymieszaną z proszkiem do pieczenia i ponownie miksujemy.

2.Dużą blachę (25x40 cm) natłuszczamy i posypujemy bułka tartą lub obkładamy papierem do pieczenia.Ciasto przekładamy do blachy. Owoce myjemy , osuszmy i kroimy na małe kawałki. Układamy na cieście. Pieczemy 40-45 minut w temperaturze 180 stopni celsjusza. Ciasto posypujemy cukrem pudrem.

UWAGA!

Zimą mozna dodać owoce z puszki np .: brzoskwinie czy ananas.

Bardzo przepraszam za pomyłkę....proszku do pieczenia mają być 2 łyżeczki.
