Ingredients:

2 porcje:

2 średnie ziemniaki
sól
1 łyżka sklarowanego masła
1 cebula
50 g tłuszczu od szynki
100g suchej kiełbasy
2 jaja
2 łyżki śmietanki kremówki
pieprz

Prepare instructions:

Ziemniaki umyć i ugotować w mundurkach w osolonej wodzie. Odcedzić, ostudzić zimną wodą, obrać i pokroić w sporą kostkę.
Rozpuścić masło na dużej patelni i obsmażyć w nim ziemniaki na złoty kolor.
Cebulę obrać i pokroić w cienkie krązki. Tłuszcz od szynki oraz kiełbasę pokroić w kostkę.Wszystko podsmażyć z ziemniakami. Wymieszać jaja zw śmietanką i doprawić solą i pieprzem.
Polać ziemniaki masą jajeczną, ostrożnie zamieszać i smażyć kilka minut na wolnym ogniu, aż się zetnie.

Razem z sałatką otrzymamy pełne danie na obiad lub kolację

Podejrzewam, że chodzi o słoninę (tłuszcz od szynki).
