Ingredients:

Na babeczki ( na 24 babeczki):

50 dag mąki pszennej

30 dag cukru

2,5 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia

1 cukier wanilinowy

3-4 łyżeczki ciemnego kakao

2 jajka

0,5 litra mleka

0,2 l oleju

Na lukier:

15 dag cukru pudru

2-3 łyżeczki soku z cytryny

2 łyżki wody

Ponadto:

marmolada twarda

dowolne dekoracje

Prepare instructions:

Wykonanie:

W jednej misce wymieszać łyżką suche składniki, w drugiej mokre. Wlać mokre do suchych i wymieszać łyżką niedbale.

Nie używamy miksera.

Napełniamy foremki do wysokości 4/5 foremki. Na wierzch kładziemy pół łyżeczki marmolady. Marmolada podczas pieczenia zatonie.

Polecam użycie marmolady twardej gdyż dźem się rozłazi.

Pieczemy w temperaturze 180 stopni przez 20 minut. (kuchenka gazowa, środkowy poziom pieczenia)

Studzimy.

Lukier:

Do kubeczka wlewamy wodę i sok z cytryny, podgrzewamy. Wyłączamy gaz, dosypujemy cukier puder i energicznie mieszamy.

Babeczki dekorujemy lukrem i ozdobami w dowolny, fantazyjny sposób.

Aż się rozpływają z tej miłości - trochę jak zamglone maślane oczy do drugiej połówki. Bardzo fajne muffinki - chętnie bym skradła kilka :)
