Zapiekanka brokułowo - kalafiorowa

Zapiekanka

Kalafior
Brokuł
20 dag szynki lub polędwicy sopockiej
20 dag pieczarek
olej
20 dag sera żółtego
sól
pieprz
słodka czerwona papryka

Sos beszmelowy

litr mleka
4 łyżki masła
4 łyżki mąki
tarta gałka muszkatułowa
sól
pieprz

Prepare instructions:

Zapiekanka:

Kalafior i brokuł gotojemy w osolonej wodzie ok. 4 minut. Dzielimy na różyczki. Kroimy pieczarki w plasterki i dusimy w odrobinie oleju. Szynkę kroimy w cienkie paseczki. Set scieramy na grubej tarce.
Żaroodporne naczynie smarujemy olejem. Układamy warstwę kalafiora z brokułami. Posypujemy szynką, serem, pieczarkami i przyprawami. Kolejno układamy tak samo kolejne warstwy.

Sos beszamelowy:

Masełko topimy dodajemy mąkę, mieszamy i wyłączmy żeby nie była za ciemna. Zagotowujemy pół litra mleka i dodajemy zasmażkę. Wszystko szybko mieszamy trzepaczką. Gdy zgęstnieje dolewamy pół szklanki mleka. Dolewamy tak długoaż sos będzie mial konsystencje gęstej śmietany. Przyprawiamy do smaku solą, pieprzem, gałką muszkatułową. Do sosu można wsypać odrobinę natki pietruszki, koperku lub innych przypraw w zależności od naszych upodobań.
