Żeberka w miodowej glazurze - danie z grilla w kilka minut

Ingredients:

ok. 1 kg żeberek wieprzowych

1 liść laurowy

3 ziarna ziela angielskiego

2 ziarna jałowca

5 ziaren pieprzu

glazura:

1-2 łyżki oleju lub oliwy

1 białego łyżka octu winnego

2-3 łyżeczki miodu

2 łyżeczki słodkiej papryki

1 łyżeczka ostrej papryki

szczypta soli

Prepare instructions:

Kup żeberka z dużą ilością mięsa. Umyj je, osusz, podziel na mniejsze kawałki. Przełóż do garnka, dodaj liść laurowy, ziele angielskie, jałowiec, pieprz i szczyptę soli. Ugotuj żeberka, zalewając je gorącą wodą - dzięki temu białko szybko się zetnie i mięso zachowa więcej smaku.

Wymieszaj składniki glazury, dokładnie posmaruj nią żeberka. Odstaw mięso na kilka godzin, aby przeszło smakiem przypraw lub od razu je upiecz na grillu rozgrzanym do 175 st. C. Co jakiś czas obracaj mięso, aby równomiernie się zrumieniło. Wystarczy kilka minut i gotowe.

Żeberka możesz podać z sałatą lub surówką oraz pełnoziarnistym pieczywem.

Jak długo gotować te żeberka?

Żeberka powinny być podgotowane, ale nie ugotowane zupełnie na miękko. Trudno precyzyjnie określić czas ze względu na grubość kawałków oraz jakość mięsa.
Jest to bardzo smaczna wersja tradycyjnie pieczonych żeberek.
