Żeberka z jabłkami i z kaszą gryczaną

Ingredients:

1 kg żeberek

25 dag kaszy gryczanej

2 łyżki oleju

2 łyżki musztardy

5 ząbków czosnku

2 cebule

3 winne jabłka

majeranek

sól

pieprz

olej do smażenia

Prepare instructions:

Zagotować 0,5l osolonej wody, dodać łyżkę oleju, wsypać kaszę.Cały czas mieszając, doprowadzić do wrzenia. Gotować bez przykrycia na małym ogniu dopóki kasza nie wchłonie wody. Garnek zdiać z ognia, przykryć i wstawić do nagrzanego piekarnika do 120 na 30 min

Żeberka umyć, pokroić na małę porcje i marynować przez co najmniej godzinę w oleju z musztardą z czosnkiem solą i pieprzem. Mięso wstawić do piekarnika rozgrzanego do 220 stopni , a po 15 min zmiejszyć temperaturędo 170 i piec jeszcze 30-40 min. obraną i pokrojoną w plastry cebulę usmażyć na rozgrzanym oleju z obranymi cząstkami jabłek przyprawionymi solą pieprzem i majerankiem. Na każdą porcję żeberek wyłożyć łyżkę jabłek z cebulą. podawać z kaszą i sałatą z sosem winegret

Niamki ja podobnie podaję wątóbkę kurzą tyle że zamiast kaszy podaję ryż brązowy lub brązowy z dzikim pól na pół a do tego sałatkę z buraczków zjabłuszkiem i czosnkiem pychotka.
