1 kg kości wieprzowych najlepiej z kotleta
½ kg kiełbasy podwawelskiej
ziemniaki
5 jajek ugotowanych
cebula
2 ząbki czosnku
majeranek ziele ,liść laurowy
wegeta
2 kostki rosołowe
pieprz
śmietana
trochę maki
ocet

Prepare instructions:

Z kości ugotować wywar ,gdy mięsko będzie miękkie obrać wrzucić do garnka.Ziemniaki i kiełbasę pokroić w kostkę dodać do wywaru dać przyprawy ,czosnek i upieczoną na palniku cebulę.Jajka obrać wyjąc żółtka i rozprowadzić z odrobiną wody dodać trochę mąki i śmietanę dobrze wymieszać żeby nie było grudek rozprowadzić odrobiną gorącej zupy wlać do gara i zagotować.Doprawić do smaku odrobiną octu.Białka pokroić w kostkę i dodać do zupy.Zupa jest naprawdę pyszna wszyscy ją uwielbiają.

Jolu nigdy bym nie wpadłą, żeby zagęścić zupę żółtkami na twardo, w najbliższym czasie spróbuję. Pozdrówka

Spróbuj jeszcze drugiej wersji ,Barszcz Wielkanocny na jego bazie powstała ta zupa.Pozdrawiam

Nawet smaczna zupka,zaciekawiły mnie te żółtka,wymieszane z mąką i śmietaną.Zrobiłam tradycyjnie z jarzynami,bez kostek,a ocet dałam jabłkowy.
