Zupa paprykowa

Ingredients:

- 750 ml aromatycznego bulionu (przepis "Zielona zupa krem" ) gotowanego z gałązką rozmarynu,
- 2 papryki czerwone,
- 1 duży pomidor,
- 1 cebula,
- 6 niedużych ziemniaków,
- pętko kiełbasy węgierskiej (lub innej),
- łyżka koncentratu pomidorowego,
- 2 łyżki kwaśnej śmietany,
- 125 ml wytrawnego czerwonego wina,
- ostra (łyżeczka) i słodka (łyżka) papryka w proszku,
- 1 mała papryczka chili,
- pieprz,
- sól,
- oliwa z oliwek - łyżka,
- natka pietruszki do dekoracji

Prepare instructions:

Rozgrzewająca zupa na jesienne i zimowe wieczory. Z kromką ciemnego chleba tworzy duet godny przynajmniej spróbowania.

W dużym garnku rozgrzewamy oliwę. Wrzucamy na nią pokrojoną w kostkę cebulę, papryczkę chili i pokrojoną w plasterki kiełbasę. Po kilku minutach dodajemy sparzonego wcześniej, obranego i pokrojonego w kostkę pomidora, paprykę, koncentrat pomidorowy, paprykę w proszku oraz wino. Czekamy aż wyparuje alkohol. Następnie wszystko doprawiamy solą i pieprzem. Wrzucamy pokrojone w kostkę ziemniaki, wlewamy bulion. Czekamy na moment, w którym ziemniaki będą miękkie (ok. 20 minut). Na koniec dodajemy zahartowaną śmietanę, gotujemy zupę 2 minuty. Już w miseczce dekorujemy ją listkami natki pietruszki.

Zrobiłam już któryś raz tą pyszną zupkę. U mnie wersji bardzo pikantnej, posypanej na talerzu tartym, żółtym serem.
