Zupa rybna (z karpia)

Very easy

Ingredients:

2-3 głowy z karpia (bez oczków)

Ogon, płetwy, wszystko co się odkrawa z karpia

Kilka ziaren pieprzu czarego, ziela angielskiego, kilka listków liścia laurowego

4-5 ząbków czosnku

2-4 litry wody (wodama nieznacznie zakrywać rybę)

Po jednej marchwi i pietruszce

1/2 selera

1 mały por

Można dać 2 kostki warzywne

Prepare instructions:

Co tu dużo pisać. Wodę zagotować i... Wpakować wszystko do gara :) Gotować do miękkości i ryby i warzyw na małym ogniu.

Podawać z makaronem nitki (jajecznym).

Czosnek oczywiście rozgniatamy.

Można zabielić albo dodać śmietanę ale wg mnie nie trzeba.

Ja również robię taką zupę tylko ja zabielam słodką śmietaną i podaję z grzankami.Pychota

Witaj. Także na początku zabielałem ale jakoś lepiej mi smakuje bez zabielania, beż śmietany. I 5 osób nawróciłem, nigy nie jedli tej zupy, udało się namówić do spróbowania. To samo miałem z flakami w rodzinie. eeeee nie dobre, itd. Al eprzekonałem ludzi i jedzą :)
