Zupa solanka

Ingredients:

8 szklanek lekkiego rosołu z kurczaka (może być z kostki),
3 parówki cielęce lub drobiowe,
ćwiartka pieczonego kurczaka (ok 30 dag mięsa bez kości),
2 cebule,
2 łyżki koncentratu pomidorowego,
2 ogórki kwaszone,
kilka oliwek zielonych bez pestek,
łyżka kaparów (jak nie mialam to nie dodawałam),
łyżka masła,
pół szklanki śmietany 18%,
kilka ziarenek ziela angielskiego,
natka pietruszki,
pieprz, sól.

Prepare instructions:

Cebulę obrać, pokroić w kostkę, podsmażyć na maśle, dodać przecier oraz obrane i pokrojone w ćwierćplasterki ogórki kwaszone. Podlać kilkoma łyżkami rosołu i dusić parę minut. Mięso upieczonego kurczaka oddzielić od kości, pokroić w kostkę, a parówki (obrane z oslonek) - w plasterki. Do rosołu włożyć duszone warzywa, mięso, parówki, opłukane kapary, oliwki przekrojone na pół i przyprawy. Gotować ok. 10 min. Na koniec wlać śmietanę rozprowadzoną wywarem i ponownie zagotować. Doprawić do smaku pieprzem i ewentualnie solą (słone są ogórki kiszone i oliwki). Posypać posiekaną natką.

Ta zupa to chyba solijanka-maly blad-,ale mimo wszystko goraco polecam.Pychotka!!!!!!!!!
