zapomniałam dodać, że marynatę można dłużej przechowywać bez cebuli, jak to zaznzaczył Autor

Pyszny jest też twaróg wędzony Jana (poznaniacy wiedzą, o jaki ser chodzi), zamiast pietruszki dodaję suszoną bazylię, jedna uwaga - 25 dkg sera to strata fatygi, szczególnie przy zżartych gościach. Lepiej od razu zrobić więcej, tym bardziej, że serek może leżeć kilka dni w lodówce. Zresztą marynatę można wykorzystać do następnej porcji
