Extra przepis, robiłam już parę razy.
Korzystam z sera starkowanego - łatwiej zwijać świderki, a tuż przed włożeniem do piekarnika smaruję pędzelkiem rozbełtanym całym jajkiem - są wtedy ładnie żółciutkie a nie białe.
