Ingredients:

Pianka:

3 galaretki w różnych kolorach/smakach
1 puszka mleka skondensowanego niesłodzonego (533g)

Polewa kakaowa:

50g masła/margaryny
3łyżki śmietanki
4łyżki cukru
2łyżki kakao
1łyżeczka żelatyny

Prepare instructions:

Mleko kupujemy dzień wcześniej i schładzamy w lodówce. Następnego dnia rozpuszczamy każdą z galaretek w 125ml wody. Mleko dzielimy na 3 części, każdą częśc mleka ubijamy, dodając wystudzoną galaretkę, wylewamy warstwami do małej (21cm) tortownicy, wkładamy na godzinę do lodówki. Skałdniku polewy zagotowujemy , żelatynę rozpuszczamy w małej ilości wody, dodajemy do polewy. Przestudzoną smarujemy piankę. Szybki i prosty deser, lubiany przez dzieci gotowy :)

Robie podobne, tylko nie dziele na 3 czesci mleka tylko z jednosmakowej galaretki robie, a na gore galaretka z owocami. Bede musiala sprobowac Twoja polewe, tylko ta smietanka to ma byc slodka? I ile procent?

Śmietana słodka 12%. Z kwaśną 12% też robiłam i było ok. :)

Zrobiłam i jestem zadowolona, jest to dobry deser do kawki i dla dzieci
