Prepare instructions:

Polowe obranych ziemniakow utrzec na miazge , a pozostale na drobne wiorki,wlozyc do duzej miski i wymieszac.Posiekana cebule i drobno pokrojone pieczarki udusic na oleju.Do ziemniakow wbic jaja ,wsypac trzy czubate lyzki bulki tartej i wymieszac.Na koniec dodac uduszone pieczarki z cebula, lyzke majeranku, pieprz,sol i inne przyprawy wedle uznania.Duza forme wysmarowac tluszczem i obficie obsypac bulka tarta,wypelnic masa ziemniaczana.Piec ok 75 min w temperaturze 150 st.Wylozyc babe na talerz ,podawc na goraco z sosem pieczarkowym lub pomidorowym i dowolna surowka.

zamiast bułki tartej dodaj z 2-3 ziemniaki gotowane, będzie bardziej pulchna a blaszke zamiast tłuszczem i bułką tartą wyłuż boczkiem wędzonym albo zwykłym - jest wtedy dużo lepsza!

Zadnego tluszczu do babki?Ja daje jeszcze pol szklanki oleju wtedy nie jest sucha

jesli dodasz przesmazonego boczku razem z wytopionym tluszczem, bedzie smaczniejsza niz gdybys dodala samego oleju
