Babka adwokatka

Ingredients:

- 5 jajek

- 250 g cukru pudru

- 250 ml oleju

- 250 ml adwokatu

- 125 g mąki tortowej

- 125g mąki ziemniaczanej

- szczypta soli

- 1 płaska łyżka proszku do pieczenia

Prepare instructions:

Jajka ubić z cukrem pudrem i szczyptą soli na puszystą masę .

Mąki połączyć ze sobą i proszkiem do pieczenia .

Do ubitej masy jajecznej dodawać partiami mąki na przemain z olejem i adwokatem.

Ulubioną forme babkową lub korytko keksowe natłusćić ,wysypać bułka tartą lub

kaszka mannną .

Wylać ciasto i piec w temp.180 C ( termoobieg 160 - 150 C ) ok 60 min.

Ok .godz. warto patyczkiem drewnianym zrobić próbę suchości ciasta.

Po wystudzeniu można posypac cukrem pudrem , ew. machnąć lukier cytrynowy !

Megi, babeczka pyszniutka!! Zrobiona i zjedzona raz, dwa, trzy... Smak adwokatu, kolor i delikatność.. Nie zdążyłam zrobic nawet fotki. Obiecuję, następny razem będzie foto. Dziękuję slicznie i pozdrawiam!
