bardzo lekka zapiekanka z tuńczykiem

Ingredients:

Składniki (dla dwóch głodnych osób, lub trzech średnio-głodnych ;):
- 1 woreczek ryżu (lub 3/4 szklanki)
- 1 puszka tuńczyka w oleju (chyba że wolicie tego w sosie własnym)
- 1 mała puszka kukurydzy
- 1 mała puszka groszku
- 1 puszka pomidorów krojonych i bez skórki (ewentualnie 2 średnie, dojrzałe pomidory drobno pokrojone - ale tą wersję polecam w sezonie - latem :)
- 4 plasterki sera żółtego
- pół pęczka drobnego szczypiorku

Oczywiście jeśli ktoś nie lubi groszku, kukurydzy lub szczypiorku, oczywiście może danego składnika nie dodawać :)

Prepare instructions:

Bardzo lekka zapiekanka z tuńczykiem

Danie jest bardzo lekkie (więc nie "zapycha"), bardzo kolorowe (więc zachęca do jedzenia), bardzo proste (Panowie - zachęcam do zaskoczenia Waszych kobiet obiadem :) i bardzo smaczne (więc zapewniam, że jeśli spróbujecie, będziecie je robić bardzo często :)

1. Ugotujcie 1 woreczek ryżu).
2. Odciśnijcie tuńczyka (z oleju lub sosu), odcedźcie groszek i kukurydzę.
3. Ugotowany ryż odcedzcie dokładnie i układajcie warstwowo w naczyniu żaroordpornym:

- ryż,
- groszek,

- tuńczyka,
- pomidory,

- kukurydzę,
wszystko przykryjcie serem żółtym (4 plasterki wystarczą, chyba że ktoś woli więcej :)

4. Proponuję zapiec danie w piekarniku przez 20-30 minut.
5. Podając zapiekankę posypcie ją drobno pokrojonym szczypiorkiem.

Naprawdę Bardzo pyszne, Bardzo lekkie i Bardzo kolorowe.

Zrobiłam ta zapiekankę kilka dni temu nie jest zła. Ma tylko -moim zdaniem- mało wyrazisty smak. Pozdrawiam!

Mam pytanie - czy naczynie żaroodporne trzeba czymś wysmarować ?

Mnie niestety nie smakowała. Mało wyrazisty smak i w ogóle smakowało trochę jak pomidorowa z ryżem i tuńczykiem
