Ingredients:

1 torebka barszczu białego winiary
3-4 jajka
natka pietruszki
łyżka chrzanu
2-3 łyżki śmietany
2 ząbki czosnku
2 rosołki z wędzonego boczku
sól, pieprz, 2 ziarenka ziela angielskiego, listek laurowy, majeranek

Prepare instructions:

We wrzątku rozpuścić torebke barszczu, dodać przyprawy, przepuścić przez praskę czosnek, łyżkę chrzanu i ciagle mieszając gotować około 2 minut. Po tym czasie zabielić zupę śmietaną i wbic jajka, delikatnie mieszając gotować jeszcze około 3 minut ( uważać, żeby nie rozbełtać żółtek). Doprawić majetankiem i na talerzach posypać posiekaną natką pietruszki.

Banalne wykonanie, ale po pracy byliśmy głodni z narzeczonym i zależało nam na szybkim obiedzie.

nie bardzo rozumiem po co wstawiać na portal dla miłośników gotowania przepis na przygotowanie zupy z torebki z dodatkiem kostek rosołowych...dla mnie to jakaś totalna pomyłka...jeśli takie coś ma to służyć osobom nie umiejącym gotować to też dziwne bo rozrabiając proszek na zupę niczego się nie nauczą

Żal! Takie przepisy " z proszku" nie powinny mieć miejsca na tym portalu!!!!!!

Myślę, że tu dzielimy się przepisami - potrawy przygotowane i wykonane z produktów samodzielnie
