Ingredients:

1 szklanka białek

2 szklanki cukru

szcypta soli

Prepare instructions:

Miałam zamrożone białka i nie wiedziałam, ile ich jest. Znalazłam przepis na bezy, gdzie miarą jest szklanka, a nie sztuki. Debiut bezowy bardzo udany.

Białka ubić ze szczyptą soli na sztywno. Następnie wsypać cukier i dalej ubijać do rozpuszczenia. Dobrze, że mam mikser, który sam pracuje. Trwało to chyba z 40 minut. Masę włożyć do szprycy i wyciskać małe beziki. Suszyć w temp. 80⁰C przez ok. 3 godziny.

W ten sposób wychodzą bezy całkowicie suche. Jeśli chcemy bezy lekko gumowe w środku zmniejszamy czas suszenia. Od wielkości bez równiez zależy czas suszenia, więc najlepiej co jakiś czas spróbować, czy nam odpowiadają.

To bardzo dobry, prosty przepis!!! W końcu bezy wyszły mi takie , ao jakie zawsze mi chodziło!!! Szkoda ,że moje dzieci je tak szybko "pochłonęły".
