Ingredients:

biały ser 75 dag
galaretka cytrynowa 1 op
żelatyna 2 łyżeczki
masło [0,25] 1/2 szt
jajko 1 szt
rodzynki 1 szkl
czekolada 1 szt
dżem

na ciasto

jajka 6 szt
cukier 1 szkl
mąka 1 1/2 szkl
kakao 3-4 łyżki
woda 3 łyżki
proszek do pieczenia 1 łyżeczka

Prepare instructions:

Jajka wybić oddzielając żółtka od białek. Białka ubić na sztywną pianę. Dodać cukier, żółtka i wodę. Na koniec wmieszać sypkie składniki. Przełożyć do przygotowanej blaszki i piec ok 35 min w 180 stopniach. Wystudzić i przekroić na połowy. Żelatynę zalać ok 1/2 szklanki gorącej wody i rozmieszać. Dodać galaretkę i mieszać tak długo aż się rozpuści. Jajko, masło i cukier zmiksować. Miksując dodawać ser. Na koniec dodać przestudzoną ale płynną galaretkę. Wmieszać opłukane rodzynki i połamaną czekoladę. Dolną część placka posmarować dżemem i wyłożyć przygotowaną masę. Przykryć drugą częścią ciasta i lekko docisnąć. Schłodzić. Polać polewą albo dowolnie udekorować.
