Bogata zupa jarzynowa

Ingredients:

2 udka z kurczaka
2 marchewki (w kostkę)
pietruszka
kawałeczek selera
3 średnie ziemniaki
kilka plastrów cukinii (jeśli jest)
czerwona cebula
szczypior
kilka łyżek zielonego groszku (mrożony lub z puszki) ew. fasolki szparagowej
2-3 ząbki wyciśniętego czosnku
kawałek pora (ok.10 cm)
kostka do zupy jarzynowa
1 nieduża kiełbasa, np.śląska
sól, pieprz
majeranek, cząber
3 ziarna ziela ang., liść laurowy

Prepare instructions:

Do garnka z wodą wrzucić mięso (jeśli woda zrobi się mętna to wylać i wlać nową); ziemniaki, marchew, pietruszkę, selera pokroić w kostkę, dorzucić do zupy; dodać kostkę, majeranek,ziele ang. i liścia laurowego. Gotować na mniejszym ogniu. Po ok. 20 min. dodać pokrojoną: w kostkę cukinię, w plasterki pora, poszatkowaną cebulę, groszek. Kiełbasę pokroić w kostkę i podsmażyć na patelni, lekko rumieniąc, dodać do zupy. Dodać czosnek i szczypior, szczyptę cząbru, sól i pieprz.

Pod koniec gotowania zupę można zagęścić zasmażką ( z 1 łyżki mąki).

Mięso z kurczaka można zjeść na drugie danie lub podzielić na małe kawałki i dodać do zupy, wtedy będzie sycącym daniem jednogarnkowym. Smacznego!
