calzone czyli pieróg

Ingredients:

NA CIASTO:

20-25 g drożdży,
niepełna szklanka mleka,
40 dag mąki,
łyżka oliwy lub oleju,
sól.

NA FARSZ:

250 g mielonego mięsa wołowego,
koncentrat pomidorowy,
2 ząbki czosnku,
cebula,
mozzarella,
sol,pieprz,ostra papryka,olej,oregano

Prepare instructions:

PRZYGOTOWANIE: drożdze rozprrowadzamy w letnim mleku dodając płaska łyzeczke cukru,zagniatamy ciasto tak jak na pizze i odstawiamy.Mielone mięso(najlepiej wołowe)podsmażamy na oleju lub oliwie razem z posiekaną cebulą i czosnkiem.Dodajemy trochę koncentratu pomidorowego(tyle ile lubimy),dosypujemy sól,pieprz,ostra paprykę i oregano do smaku.Na rozwałkowane na okrągły placek ciasto nakładamy farsz(tylko na połowe)Dodajemy pokrojoną mozzarelle.Zawijamy drugą połowęw pieróg,dokładnie zlepiając brzegi.Smarujemy wierzch oliwą i odrobiną koncentratu pomidorowego,posypujemy pieprzem.Pieczemy w 175 stopniach około 25 minut.

Babsi w przepisie nie ma wody lub mleka do ciasta , chyba zapomniałaś dodać.
